I started coding before I was eight years old.
Computers were one of the first places I discovered that an idea in my head could become something real. More than 20 years later, that is still what I love about technology.

A form problem became an intake system. Participant tracking became a lifecycle engine. Staff responsibilities became consoles. Communications became a custom sending system. The portal became iOS and Android apps.
One project kept revealing the next. I personally designed and built all of it.
A practice for organizations whose needs are important enough, distinctive enough, or complicated enough to deserve a system built around them.
Why one person?
The handoff is often where things get lost.
When something changes halfway through the project, I do not need three meetings to explain to myself why.
Why AI matters
Better leverage, not less judgment.

In practice it comes up rarely. AI leverage means I now cover ground that used to require a second pair of hands — but when a project genuinely needs another discipline, I bring the right people in.
